1. I made two or more orders, can I combine them?
A: In order to maintain shipping speed we have opted to not allow combined orders. Please take your time and place a single order.
2. I had rewards points on your old store, can I use them here?
A: Unfortunately we could not carry over reward points information from the old store. A new reward system will be implemented with the release of our new products. Although we own the same name and trademarks as the original Pretty Serious, we are an entirely new company.
3. Do you ship internationally?
A: Unfortunately due to rising costs and issues with shipping nail polish internationally, we have made the difficult decision to ship to Australia only. Our USA store ships to the USA and Canada. You can find them here.
4. How much is shipping?
A: Shipping is flat rate $9.20 Australia wide, with free shipping when you spend $20 AUD. Items are shipped via Australia Post with full tracking provided upon shipment.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal. More payment methods will be launching soon.
6. I want to return my item/order for a refund, what do I do?
A: We will replace any faulty or broken items with the same item, a refund or store credit. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
7. I made an order and I need to cancel or change it or update my address.
A: Contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can catch your order before it ships.
8. How long until my order ships?
A: All items on the store are IN STOCK and will ship within 48 hours of orders being placed.
9. The item I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
A: All items in the clearance section are being discontinued for the foreseeable future. They will not be restocked. New collections are limited edition unless stated otherwise. Core products and nail care will be restocked when sold out.
10. Can I backorder a product I really want?
A: We unfortunately can not special order any shades.
11. I have emailed you, when can I expect to hear back?
A: All emails will be answered within 1 working day (Mon-Fri) of being received.
